in Key West almost all of them do! Technically they are supposed to be outside - we talked to the owner and asked if we could sit outside but she said it was "too cold" (it was almost 70 degrees LOL) and since it was empty she let us in and cooked him a sausage!
One of the other restaurants had leashes hanging all over the walls next to the tables so that you could leash him up to it! But that was outside. All of them had water bowls available for them, it was great!

don't worry the owner herself got behind the grill and made him sausage!!!
he got hamburger at another place and then he even got some conch fritters ( bad idea, we paid for it later )

Ha ha ha! Did you guys fly down there with him or drive the whole way? One of my favorite things about Key West is meeting all of the pooches! How did he react to all of the polydactyl cats roaming around?? I think my dog would go nuts!

I am not sure about Irish Kevins but yes to the Bull, Hogs Breath, Turtle Kraals, Half Shell, Harpoon Harry's, Tony's Cuban Cafe, Crabby D!cks, etc LOL we are a lot!
