If you like Stila
Beautycrunch.com is have a sale- great prices. I love Stila, but think I'm only going to buy from here from now on even if it means missing some stuff I'd like.

I placed two orders.  and spent about $80 total, but I haven't bought myself any makeup, drugstore or otherwise, in a long time. And the prices were amazing.

I did place an order back in the fall- everything came in the time specified, no problem with billing, products were what I'd expected. I was happy, overall, though because everything was in order I can't speak for their customer service. Though because they are "closeouts" all sales are final.
I didn't look, but MakeUpAlley.com has site reviews and a message board where people talk about things like this. HTH.
ETA- it seems like they no longer have site reviews but I scanned the board quickly and lots of people are ordering from the site with no gripes.
