Cats & Dogs who are BFF

Casey and my cat TJ are BFFs. They lay on the couch together and look out the window...but what surprised me was that I gave Casey some leftover won ton soup (like an inch at the bottom of the bowl, I know I know) and TJ loves pork...so he came sniffing over. TJ stuck his entire head into the bowl while Casey was eating and my 85 lb dog moved out of the way for him! I was shocked that TJ could care less than he was sticking his tiny peanut head into a lion's food bowl. It was SO cute!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, TJ rubs up and jumps up to "bump" Casey's face allll the time. They really love each other.

Any other doggie / kitty BFFs on the boards?

And the cat doesn't even belong to us!!

The night before last, they were both sleeping on a comforter I put on the floor to bring to the basement. It was so cute Maddie had her big heavy head on top of Wrangler so you saw little cat head, cat front legs, giant dog head, cat back legs. And all you heard was motor-like purring and doggie snoring!

my cat and my parent's dog are BFF. lol my cat will not let any other dog near him--only my parent's dog since we found him as a kitten and he grew up with the dog before i moved out.

Yes!

My cat will lick and clean my dog's head.
Cat will also jump up to rub up against dog.

When I leave, they are usually sitting next to each other looking out the window at me.


My 80 lb dog will let the cat sleep on his dog bed and go curl up on the small cat rug. Occasionally catch them sleeping together.


Everyone that comes over is always amazed that a dog and cat can get along soo well.
