Are these normal?
I'm newly pregnant and have had slight cramping on and off for a while. I know that's completely normal, but, on a scale of 1-10, how bad do they have to get before they are considered not normal? I would say they are generally between 1-3 but every now and then it might spike to a 4 or 5. Those spikes happen only once and then they go back to the 1-3 range. Is this normal?

It happens to me once in awhile where I have to hold my breath for a second because I get nervous. So far, so good, though!

Re: Are these normal?
Last week I had cramps pretty much every day, all day (got my BFP last Monday) and now the past few days they're much less often. I've read and heard that it's normal as long as you're not in a lot of pain and it's not accompanied by blood (there's a lot of construction going on in there ). The ironic thing is, now when I don't feel them I wonder if everything's OK so it's a no win situation for me!

Re: Are these normal?
I had it very bad once to the point it woke me up in the middle of the night. It was I would say a 7, 8....I've been told it's normal as long as you don't have bleeding

Re: Are these normal?
definitely common to have AF-like cramps early on, and even a little later on (i am 15 weeks and still get them once in a while). most likely it's your uterus stretching

I am feeling exactly the same way. Last week and earlier these week dull cramps all day long/constant. The last two days or so (since I found out) just a few here and there (af like). It's totally a no win situation, you worry when you have them and then you worry when you don't!!!
