The hospital I am delivering at called this morning because they were in the process of pre-registering me but said I was not coming up as being on his insurance. He told her he didn't understand how? She said she had tried every way to put her in/look her up and I was not coming up as being on his insurance. So he went on to tell her that was impossible because I had a baby IN THAT hospital in '07 and the insurance information has not changed nor has my name or anything else. She gave him my DOB but I wasn't coming up? What the?

She hasn't called back, so we are assuming everything is ok..but how weird was that?
