Classical music CD
I want to get a classical music CD to play for baby, while she/he is in the womb
but I'm not sure what to buy....probably one CD, and something that is classic (no pun intended ) and nothing too crazy (my DH has classical thunder CD's and I don't like those)
any suggestions

Re: Classical music CD
A friend lent me his wife's Mozart for Mother's to Be CD which is nice....
I put it on my mix for the baby on my iPod...but I have it mixed with Beatles, Bon Jovi, lots of classic rock...mostly mellow. And the classical music collection I have since I'm a music teacher. I want my kid to be well rounded.

Re: Classical music CD
I have a few CDs from the Rockabye Baby collection - they're contemporary artists and songs that sound like lullabyes.
lullaby renditions

Re: Classical music CD
Fisher Price actually has a great series of Classical Music CDs for babies. The instruments are soft and the songs are pretty steady in tone and range, so that it is nothing that would be shocking or scarey.
I got them in BRU, but I am sure you could find them on Amazon.
