2nd Trimester. Is this normaL?
My belly feels tight and maybe a little bit like it's pulling and at times a little crampy. Is this round ligament pain? Does it sound normal? It also causes a little bit of lower back ache, but nothing terrible.

Sounds like your uterus stretching but I would check with your OB.

I'm having twins too and it sounds pretty normal to me. I was just at the doctors yesterday and he said that all of my aches and pains are normal. He said that I should basically be concerned if I have 4-6 contractions in a hour.
