Will I EVER get my energy back????
I am in my 12th week and am still feeling tired a lot. It's definitely better than it was a few weeks back, but I am still lacking a lot of energy. I feel like there is so much I have to do especially on the weekends, and I have zero energy to do it. Please tell me I will feel myself again soon...

yes, you WILL! i just crossed that hurdle about my 14th-15th week. I am 17 weeks this week and i actually feel like myself again!

i feel the same way im so exhausted still at 14 weeks. its better then i t was at 10 weeks but im still not 100%

I was the same way until about 16 weeks and then I was a cleaning maniac! Once you get your energy back you will make up for lost time!

Exhaustion was the only symptom I had and it finally went away around 17 weeks or so.... hang in there...

i think my trimesters switched...i'm 20 weeks and DEAD tired. It took me EVERY bit of energy i had to take a SHOWER today....seriously. That's just pathetic....

ditto for me! I was so excited to get to my 2nd tri as I've heard I will get my energy back. It did not come right away so I was bummed but I'm 17 weeks now too and doing soooo much more!

my energy got ALOT better in second trimester- more like 14 weeks... but when i got to 23 weeks started to get sluggish again

I feel the exact same way. I am 12 weeks also.
I am still nauseous too!
It sucks! I can't wait to feel halfway normal!

Thanks girls....my house looks like a tornado went through it... my energy HAS to come back soon or my DH is going to kill me!!!!

Me too! He is going to KILL me!
I have NEVER felt this sick or tired before. It has stopped me in my tracks. I work nights also so that doesn't help! I sleep every minute that I am home!

Yea- I think its when your youngest child is 18 and away at college
In all seriousness...with my 1st I regained my energy about 17 weeks...
This pregnancy it seems to come and go, but I think alot of it has to do with the fact Im chasing around my 3yr old.

First time moms will usually get energy back in the 2nd trimester... I did anyway..
Second time moms like my self are tired on a daily basis... and Im 21weeks..

I think this is a big source of my energy loss as well. My 6 year old, between school, dancing, religion, etc....

You definatly will. I totally had the "energy" they talk about in the 2nd tri.
I wish I still had it now.! I am in my 3rd and I am back to being sleepy all the time!
