WHAT is w/ the snoring ??? Someone help my poor DH !!

I was always a snorer but those little breathe right strips over my nose used to help - (Very sexy, I know)

But now, the snoring is out of control (as per my DH, who spent the last 2 nights on the couch...........) Those little nose strips aren't cutting it - I DID have a bad cold last week, but it's cleared up, my lungs are clear - no more wheezing .....so what gives ??

Is there anything I can do short of holding a pillow over my head ??? I feel so bad - he shouldnt' have to sleep on the couch !! The poor guy is on the LIRR @ 6AM and gets home at like, 7:30 or 8:00 at night !!! -

i'm only 28 weeks- he can't do this for another 3 months !!

can you sleep elevated? that always helps my DH (he's the snorer in our bed.)

I don't have any advice, just for you...my DH and your DH should start a support group for husbands of PG snorers...I'm 34 weeks and my DH has been sleeping in a different room on average 1-2 days per week for the last month because I'm so horrible

I get the same report from my DH. i've read that snoring is very common in pregnancy- i guess is magnified for us that snored before hand.
I dont know of any tricks, im happy when i get to sleep at all, unfortunetly DH has to just deal for now.

There is nothing you can do...... Its common in pregnancy. Luckily I only snore when I'm on my left side so DH will just "roll me over" when I start sawing wood

I know it's common, and so does he. -
HE's not complaining, he's completely understanding of it - I just feel so awful about it -
