For those pregnant with #2 or more....

Is there a certain amount of time that the dr. says to wait before "trying" again??

I go next week for my post partum check up and will ask, but I was just wondering

I had a c/s and a very hard pg and my obgyn said to wait 18 months. Most c/s doctors will say 12 months if you have a normal pg and just needed a c/s at the end.

I have 2 friends that got preg. w/ in 3 months of having their 1st child. They didn't realize how fetile they were. I know doctors recommend waiting to give your body a chance to recoup. but, it happens.

One of my closest friends got pregnant 3 months after the birth of her first. It was tough but she loves it now that they are so close.

I am older mom but still waited until DD was a year to start trying. I had a hard time caring for one baby, let alone two

My brother and I are the same age for 2 weeks, so I would assume you dont have to wait very long.. my mother def didnt lol.

i had a vaginal birth with dd and told my ob right away dh and I are considering get pregnant again right away..he didnt say anything besides the bfing would have to stop with dd if i did.

my mom waited about 3 months,
my sister and i are 13 months apart


(thats what i'd like to do as well)
