spinoff: bottles

how many do i need, i plan on breast feeding or at least trying it. but lets say i wasnt, how many do i need, and how many nipples, also what sizes of each and how many? TIA

We had 3qty 4oz Playtex bottles and 6 nipples. This is so you don't have to keep washing bottles all the time.

Now that DS is on the 8oz bottles, we have 8 of those, and 8 nipples. We use 4 of them that always go to grandma's, and 4 stay at home. At night we clean the nipples (and clean the bottles).

If you use the playtex ones with the inserts, you don't need as many bottles, but you may want more nipples so you are not constantly washing every time they eat.

at BBB i was told six small ones (for if you pump, etc.). i registered for a starter kit (has 3 small 3 larger) just in case even though i'm planning on EBF for a while.
