What exactly does this feel like? I'm not sure if that is what I am feeling. I am 27 weeks.

to me its a tightening of the belly. I started getting them around 30 weeks especially after I'd walk a flight of stairs in NYC.

does your belly get kind of hard?? for me i get this odd sensation and then the whole thing gets hard. they dont hurt but kind of annoying and uncomfortable - especially the further i get along.

I don't think so. It actually feels a little funny. It feels like it is tightening for a second and then stops.
