My Bikini Facial Review
Okay first of all I can't believe I did this much less am about to write a review about it but a few girls seemed interested in it so here goes. I was laughing the entire time - it really was hysterical.
First I sat with the steamer directed at my cooch for 15 minutes. Then I was transfered to the waxing room. She used a little needle called a "lancer" and basically used it on all of my ingrown hairs to extract them. Then, I got a regular waxing. *By the way WOW what a difference. I usually go once every two months but it had only been a month and it didnt hurt at alll! Wish I could afford to go every month. Then she put a mask on and after it dried she buffed it off.
My skin is sooooo smooth and purty now - I want to show everyone
I dont know if I would do it again but she said that it should help with the ingrown hairs for a while.
She even did my eyebrows for free for putting up with the torture

What does DH think?
Well, when I told him he thought it was something that "nasty old ladies" should get and not me
But he was actually impressed last night! LOL

Re: My Bikini Facial Review
Why did I not realize that the bikini facial would involve steam and a mask? I can see how it would help with the ingrown hairs but I am not sure if I could keep a straight face while checking into the salon and saying I have an appointment for a bikini facial. Then again, I have no problem saying I'm there for a bikini wax, so it's just a matter of getting used to the terminology.

Well, funny you should mention that! When the spa called and confirmed they just said "facial" and same thing when I got there. So she was putting me in the regular facial room and I just kept stalling "oh no, um is Giovanna here. . . . my facial . . . she is the one who scheduled it. . . . um she told me to come get this thing done" while frantically gesturing at my crotch until SHE finally said "OH a bikini facial, okay same room no problem"
