Registries--how many and where?

I'm thinking of registering in two places...does that seem bad, or should I stick to one?

I'm prob going to do BRU, but am not sure w/the 2nd choice...land of nod or babyGap? Which would you pick? Where did you register?

i have buy buy baby and babies r us....

they have things at one that they don't carry at the other...

if you do that - be sure to price comparison before you decide. i made sure whichever store had my item cheaper, i registered for it there....some cases BBB was cheaper, in other cases, BRU was.

Re: Registries--how many and where?

I just did BRU -- I'm in NC and there's one closeby for my work shower, and several on LI when I had my family shower. Worked out great!

I don't have a buybuybaby near me...

Would you still register there if you were not physically near one? It would have to be online

I personally like BBB MUCH better than BRU but honestly like 95% of the items are like the same. Yes, there are slight price differences (+/- 10%) but if I were you, I'd just register at BRU since it isn't like you can really benefit from the better customer service at BBB.

Re: Registries--how many and where?

I'm not registering this time, but with DD I only registered at BRU because I felt too confused by having more than one. I don't think two places is too much at all though.

Re: Registries--how many and where?

I only did BRU and added most of my things online.. if I can do over, I would do BBB instead, but register in the store.
