Anyone get a racy/speedy feeling?
I experience this for a moment yesterday and today...
There were other occasions earlier in pregnancy where I felt like my heart was racing-- but I think that was more the shortness of breath thing.
I wonder if it's a symptom for this late in the game-- or, I had another thought that perhaps it's maybe anxiety???
I have never had a panic attack, but I KNOW I am really nervous that I am so close to having this baby. I honestly still don't really *believe* it, ya know?

I'm only 20 wks but have felt my heart race 2 or 3 times already. It totally freaks me out and then just goes away. I think I remember looking it up and reading that it was normal. I forgot to ask my Dr. though....

I am 9 weeks and the last 5 weeks or so at least once a day it's like my heart skips a beat or something and then i get a lightheaded feeling for a minute. It's so weird, i never had it before i got pregnant. Im going to mention it to my OB at my 12 weeks appointment.

I seem to get it once in a while too....but I never remember to ask the Dr. about it. Hopefully it is normal......love to hear your answers.....

It's either anxiety or you have so much more blood in your body now that it can make your heart feel weird....I get it every now and then.

I got this a bunch of times in my first trimester... I haven't experienced it since. I definitely think it has something to do with the increase in blood volume as a pp said.

yes, I've had it a couple times and I'm 16 weeks. I've felt this before....I remember specifically before I got married. I even had myself checked out, everything was fine. Go figure.

my heart races a lot. it did this before i got pregnant (skipped a beat, raced, etc.) but it does it a lot now - usually when i'm laying down going to bed.
if you have heartburn though sometimes it can actually feel like your heart racing. (weird but true)
