shooting pain lower back

so i have this shooting pain back left leg from like where the leg locks into the pelvis down to mid thigh u think i pulled something or u think its from the baby

im almost 8 weeks

Might be your sciatic nerve...

I'm 12 weeks and I hurt it maybe a week ago, and its like a pinching shooting pain when I walk a certain way

I've heard from others on here who have sciatic nerve pain as well

Is a PITA (literally!) !

Hope you feel better. If its bad, I know it ok to take some tylenol.

Try and stretch out your upper leg by laying on your back and pulling the leg that has the pain into your chest. It should stretch it out a little. Also try and get your DH to massage your butt which is where the nerve is. I have been going to the chiropractor who has really helped me with this.
