Ugh! How do you deal with congestion?
So this is day two of "The Cold" and I'm absolutely miserable. My Dr. doesn't want me to take anything! I'm officially a mouth breather and it's driving me crazy!! I've tried steam, drinking hot liquids...Anyone have any suggestions?

i was dealing with a bad cold over the weekend... the ONLY thing that got me through was 2 puffs in each nostril of afrin. i haven't touched it since - but it gave me relief for the nasal congestion...
