JHS and Breastfeeding
A coworker of mine just got her hair done and she was wondering if its ok to breastfeed after getting JHS?
This is her first time getting it done.
I told her I would consult the message board gods because I don't have children nor know anyone who has and also has JHS.

I think she needs to consult her dr on this one. With the Braziilian you can't nurse, she really needs to make sure it is different with the JHS.

Thanks I just wanna pass the correct info on to her. Also her baby is almost 2...not that I have kids or know when is the time to stop breastfeeding but she seemed very nervous about it when telling me today.

My Dr told me NO! I would wait and do it after you done BF.

I have a friend who is a hair dresser and they said not to. He contacted someone who (I think) works for the manufactures of the brazilian treatment.

She already did it. she got japanese not bralizian...i kno the chemicals are different so does that make a difference?
