Re: June 09 mommies
I'm also in my 17th week. Feeling great--nothing to complain about at all. I'm still not 100% sure if I've felt fluttering or not yet, but I do feel some activity (especially at night) that makes me wonder if it's the baby. I also still don't really look pregnant in clothes. Just look like I've gained a few pounds. Awaiting my pop! We have an appt on January 13th to confirm the sex. I'll be 19 weeks.

Re: June 09 mommies
Great here too!! Have my 16 week appt on Tues...can't wait for 20 week sono!! I have felt fluttering but VERY randomly. It happens so quickly that I go- did I just feel that? Every day I'm looking for it - and when I'm not looking for it, it happens.
I've officially popped but it really only shows when I wear maternity pants. Otherwise no one would ever know. Although today I was getting dressed and I saw my shadow on the wall and I was like WOAH I look like a pregnant lady! That was the most obvious it's looked to me and it was pretty cool!

Re: June 09 mommies
i'm going for my 18 week appointment on thursday and get my prescription for my level II sonogram (i have to go out to the hospital to get it done). we're doing well here so far - i've felt a few things that felt like muscle twitches and a few that are like little versions of when your stomach drops on a roller coaster and i'm ASSUMING that it's the baby - there are too many in the right spot(s) to be anything else. however if i wasn't pregnant i wouldn't think twice about them so i'm still and waiting for the big kicks.

Re: June 09 mommies
Im 15 weeks and dragging through "growing pains". Ugh. My back and neck are killing me from sleeping crazy...and I'm sleeping crazy because of round ligament pain...which feels like someone is driving railroad spikes through me. I was in tears this morning. I have my OB appt on the 12, and my anatomy scan on the 5th of Feb.

Re: June 09 mommies
I am 16 weeks and go for my next appt on Tues. I am feeling good. I think I feel some fluttering the past couple of days but I am not 100% sure. Sleeping on my sides bothers me somewhat after a while. As for clothing, I have bought some maternity pants and I think I will have to wear them now. I did buy a couple of shirts because some of mine were too short. I haven't popped, I too think that I just look like I have gained a few pounds.

Re: June 09 mommies
I am 18 and a half weeks. I too am suffering with crazy round ligament pain. It really can hurt so so bad! By the time night rolls around my back and under my tummy are killing me. I got a snoogle though, and although it isn't a miracle worker, my sleeping is MUCH better!
I have no idea what I am feeling. I am sure some of the movements are baby but, I think some are gas too! I'm just waiting for that big kick so I can be sure. I can't wait!!! EEEK!!!
I am totallly popped! I have been in maternity pants for so long but, now I am finally in all maternity tops. I have my script for the 20 week sono and need to make that appointment soon! We just started playing around with the registry and stuff. I need to start looking at day care ASAP! I won't need it until October though.

Re: June 09 mommies
I am just about 18 weeks & was feeling good but woke up sick this morning!
I def have a small belly and wearing maternity clothes. My upper back hurts a lot so I have to sleep and watch TV with tons of pillows behind my back...I think it is b/c my boobs are getting bigger & bigger.
Our Level II sono is January 19 but we are going to be surprised
I don't feel flutters yet, at least I don't think. I feel pressure points at various times during the day...not sure if that is the baby or not. I can't wait to feel the baby

Re: June 09 mommies
Hi everyone - hope you all had a great New Years!!!
I'm 17 weeks now and I really feel great - in fact to the point sometimes I forget I'm pregnant (which is hard b.c I definitely look pregnant). But I had a very uncomfortable pregnancy with DD so this one is SO different.
My OB does 2 level 2's - 1 anatomy scan at 18 weeks and 1 heart scan at 22 weeks. So I have my 1st one on Friday!!! I'm so excited I can barely wait. My aunt is continually emailing me telling me she is dying to know what we are having so she can go shopping again.
I can't believe it is 2009 already - this is our year!

Re: June 09 mommies
hey girly girls -
17 weeks, 3 days here... Still feeling very good....but dealing with a cold.
Zyrtec helps with the massive congestion....and i've had a few instances of round ligament pain (including one last night when i was laughing and had to stand because it hurt so badly)....but other than that - i'm very good overall!
I did fail my 1 hour GD test (took it early due to my family history) and now have to take the 3 hour on Tuesday.
Did the Intelligender test on New Years' Eve and it said girl (which matched what my gut says)....but our 20 week u/s is scheduled for the 23rd. We've asked the Godmother to come with us to 'meet the baby' and afterwards, we're going to take her to lunch and ask her to be the God mommy...i know it's early - but we just want to ask her....and figure that day will be sooooo special!

I'm hoping we can find out in the next couple of weeks!!! I already have my shower date picked out for April 25, 2009. I know so early but that is how I work!!! I just need to find out the sex and then can register. I'm feeling great still going to the gym 3 times a week and no pains or anything keep my fingers crossed it continues!! Hope all is well with everyone else!!!

Re: June 09 mommies
Hi ladies. I am 17 weeks & 5 days now. I feel much better than the 1st trimester but I find that I often overdo it at home or shopping. I wear myself out then have to rest for a day or two. We find out the sex on Tues. I'll be 18 weeks then! Can't wait.

Re: June 09 mommies
Hi Ladies,
Feeling good. Safe to say the coming and going of the sore throat has finally gone. I will be 16 weeks tomorrow. Have my appointment on Tues. Nervous for it after hearing the results of my 12 week sono, but, keeping positive and saying lots of that "Little Pumpkin Seed" is doing well.

i'm going with both BRU and BBB...just because there is some stuff at BBB that they don't have at BRU and some prices are cheaper at one than the other - so i price comparisoned...tee hee! (naturally i picked the cheaper store)

Re: June 09 mommies
I am 18 weeks 5 days and had an ultrasound (for precautionary measures every two weeks-preterm labor) on Friday and asked the tech to check the sex because it was my bday the next day and she said YES! We are having a !! Can't wait.
I am officially in maternity pants. My old shirts are still long enough. I feel great though! I have my Level 2 on the 13th. We started looking online at registries and it is so overwhelming! Maybe next weekend. I would like to do BBB and BRU. We will see...SO much to think about. Next up is boy names...

I just started a registry at BRU a few days ago. It will be the only place we're registering at. There's hardly anything on it though. We'll do most of the registering after we find out the sex on the 13th.

I registered at BRU. I am sure I will add and change things as time goes on but for now I am pretty content.
Our next project is getting a closet organizing system for hte baby's room. We will probably go funiture shopping next month!
