what to do for heartburn
What can I do or take to make this insane pain in my chest stop?!?
It started on Christmas Eve after dinner and I've been getting it every night since.... never had it before in my life but hear its common during pregnancy.

Tums Smoothies are my very bestest friend.
not sure if this is common knowledge or not - but do NOT lay down within an hour of eating....that will also help!
