Those of you that had a 3d sono....
What week did you get it done? Im getting it done on Sunday and I will be almost 23 weeks. Is that too early???

They say the best time to get it done is between 27-32 weeks. We did it at 27 weeks. After 32 weeks, it gets harder to get a clear picture of the baby because they are starting to run out of room and are more squished. We get a 3D shot at each of my growth sonos (I have them alot), and each time it gets harder and harder to get a good picture of the baby (I'm just about 34 weeks now).

that is a good time.. i went at 30 weeks and the beam of light couldnt shine through the belly b/c of the baby's position and size..
have a great time seeing your little one!

i was 30 weeks - which is around teh time when they say is the best (i think 28-32 weeks) they had a hard time seeing DDs face though cause i had an anterior placenta - but i was still able to get a great shot!
