need ideas for baby shower favors
Looking for something not to expensive because of the economy and all mom is on a tight tight budget. Any suggestions. Im having something at the house here and didnt want to do the spa theme since my friend just did that last month for hers. THanks for any suggestions you might have. My mom found baby tea kettle timers but they are $$ and really dont want to go crazy here.

I made chocolate lollipops. It was about $30-40 for the materials and the chocolate.

My family made chocolates at my shower. They also gave out lotions and soap from B&BWs but I know that can get pricey. There was some little boy bottle candle thingy too.

i found little washcloths in the shape of diapers on etsy.com that they filled with hershey kisses - very cute and they actually look easy enough to do yourself with some inexpensive washcloths. i can't find the link right now, but do a search on there. they actually have whole lot of really nice cheap favors.

we bought baby bottles from the dollar store and filled them with m&ms.... i was having a girl though and in february it was breast cancer awareness month so we were able to buy the big bags of dual colored pink m&ms... which looked nice!

Was just at Michaels Craft store and there are so many ideas..lil tins, favor bags, stickers,wooden stamps, ribbons, monogramed seals, candy, bows, cardboard favor boxes you assemble yourself, organza bags with ties..etc. ect.
I got my DD 1st b-day favor idea from there.. today actually

my favors were DELICIOUS, and inexpensive...i got pink and blacks ;)
they are those big black and white cookies, but they were decorated pink and black instead (for my new arrival)
i got compliments on them for WEEKS..

Boo Boo Bunnies.. ease to make and inexspensive.. Just need a washcloth and some googlie eyes.. I made them for my sils baby shower.
