cramps
hey ladies
im five weeks and the cramps are intese, they are below the belly button and they feel the churning a wet towel is that normal
also my belly becomes really swollen late a nite i look huge. is this normal
today my belly felt bruised so i decided to move around and do some cleaning up around the house now i feel better you think its from sitting all day
are these tummy pains normal?

at five weeks it is normal to cramp. aRe you drinking enough water? You have to drink a lot of water!!! I thought Iwas drinking a lot but I wasn't .

i agree. you'll cramp, but i always cramped more when i went too long without drinking. try drinking more (and more consistently) for a while and see if that helps.
