37 week appt...the end is near!
the dr. didn't tell me that specifically, but i'm repeating it to myself so that i'll get motivated! 
i'm still about 60-70% effaced, about 1cm dilated and (drum roll please) i've lost my mucous plug!!! 
i was so glad to hear that...and i confirmed something that i didn't know - the mucous plug doesn't necessarily have to be tinted pink or red. i specifically know when i lost mine because (TMI warning) i went to the bathroom the day before and right after i pee'd i took a peek (as usual) and i saw what i can only describe as an egg white looking substance in the water. i thought it was a piece of toilet paper so i didn't make anything of it, but when i asked the dr. he said yeap, that was it!
oh - the dr. was also "mad" at me cause i haven't gained a pound in the last three visits! but i chalk that up to eating at home and not out all the time...thank you, economy, for that one!
all in all, another good dr's visit! the dr. predicts i'll go on the 28th  he's crazy i heart him!
