I think so. I have heard from others that it does. I don't think it "clicks" in but it does work with it.

It doesn't click in, but it has a strap. I wasn't comfortable with that (and who needs the extra step) so I decided to switch my infant car seat and snap and go to Graco.

I'm using the Quinny, the seat comes out and the Maxi Cosi infant seat snaps right in. When the baby is big enough I just put the regular seat back in.

The baby trend one is GREAT! My snugride fit perfectly and I liked the little box to hold change, keys etc on top.
