I think dealing with curly is easier but much less reliable. I usually end up with my hair up b/c who knows how it will turn out....now that I got a new hair dryer and straightener I think blowing out is looking better and better....

I blow my hair out every two days. I hate my hair curly, so for me, it's worth the time blowing out.

I also blow mine out every 2 days. My curls don't look nice when its dry, I much prefer the straight look.

I blow mine out every 2-3 days. I think from years of straightning my hair doesn't even sit right curly anymore.. Just frizz.

yup same for me.
when my hair is curly, i can't brush it or put it up in a pony tail or a clip for a minute - i cant even push it behind my ears bc i get a dent. If i wash it at night, it may or may not last through the night - i hate it!

I'd much rather deal with curly hair.
I rarely ever straighten my hair because all it takes is for someone somewhere to whisper the word "humidity" and my hair goes POOF!

In the fall, winter and spring, I blow it out, but it's not real long.
In the summer it's curly, it has a mind of it's own.

Same here - I used to have very nice curls and now it's more like half wavy, half frizzy hair, lol!
But I do still say it's much easier to leave curly because it takes me forever to straighten. My new timesaving trick is to wash it in the morning, let it air dry all day long (yes, it takes all day!) or hit it with the hair dryer+ diffuser. Then that night or the next morning, straighten it with the Maxiglide or the InStyler (which is my new favorite hair tool!).
Still takes me an hour to straighten my super long, super thick hair, but it cuts time on the drying part.
Whenever I blow dry it, I just get a frizz ball and it takes at least 1.5 hours so for me it's not worth it.

Ditto! Plus, I like to straighten it for special occassions to really make myself feel pretty .
