3rd trimester...weird symptom
I have been getting a lot of pain in my hands and the soles of my feet for about 5-6 weeks now. DH thinks the foot pain comes from all of the extra pressure (I gained 40 pounds! ) but what about the hand pain?
So weird...

The hand pain or aches and pains anywhere in general a lot of times are due to the increase in blood supply in your body when you are PG. You are now carryin 55% MORE blood then before you were pregnant. So all that blood and fluid puts extra pressure in joints and parts of the body causing them to ache.......
You could also be developing PG induced carpal tunnel.... If it doesnt go away or get worse mention it to your practitioner at your next appointment!

I just read in my update from baby center, that more fluid accumulates everywhere-- they specifically mentioned carpal tunnel, so that could be the hand pain. I am 33 weeks and I know you are further along-- but I guess it can happen at any time.

The foot pain sounds like planter facitisis- I had it my last pregnancy. I got inserts for my shoes and it was gone six months later. It comes from sudden weight gain and pressure on your feet.
The hand pain is probably swelling- I remember everything hurting by the end the last time I was pregnant. This time nada

I have the same exact pains.
I have such bad carpal tunnel in my hands that when I wake up, I tell my DH it feels like I have claws for hands because I cannot even move my fingers they hurt do bad. The pains in the soles of my feet are there too....

It's the one thing I dread in the morning!!!! I cannot wait to get my normal hands and feet back! The swelling is killing me!

carpal tunnel, it's very common during pregnancy. I have it too!!!  ohhh the joys!!! lol

I have the same exact thing. My fingers hurt especially in the morning when I try to bend them. We are almost there!!!
