Come in if your constipated!!!!!

After batteling with this throughout my pregnancy I think I found something that may work for me, already I take the colace everynight and try to drink my water, but this seems to help me "go" everyday!!!!!!!!!!! Kashi Go lean instant Hot cereal, vanilla flavor....I started eating two packets in the morning this week and everyday like clockwork 2 hours later I am able to go!!!!!!!!!!!

The other thing that has been working for me is pasturized apple cider (like the real stuff). Something about the fiber content can make stuff finally get moving for me

Lucky charms in the morning and lots of water does the trick for me...weird right?

NOTHING HAS BEEN WORKING FOR ME!!!

So I'll be looking into these ideas!!
