I hate this!!!!!!
I just got my 3rd pair of uggs hoping that this time they will fit me right.
Well, they right one does, but the left one is too narrow and is digging into my arch!!!
I have fraking had it!! This has been going on for 3 weeks! I called Zappos for an exchange and of course, now that I finally figured out which size I need it's not available. They will have another shipment sometime this month. They don't know when. I have to call when I receive an email that they came in and place a new order!
I am sooooo sick of this process!!! And I can't get them anywhere else because I have a GC to zappos! I was so hoping to wear them this Friday! I feel like I am chasing an impossible dream at this point!!

when DD was looking for uggs we tried them on at the store first because everyone told us they run differntly then regular shoes
