Lovenox side effects?
Well, I am happy to report that my 12 week sonogram looks great, but b/c of past clotting issues, I have to give myself Lovenox injections. I am scared and upset, especially since I was hoping to be very natural during my pregnancy.  And the idea of giving myself injections is scary! I am looking into alternatives, but in the meantime, I need to follow doctors orders.
Are there side effects that any of you experience or are aware of?

None at all-I didn't even bleed more when getting cut or injecting.

The only side effects I have are bruises. Other than that I haven't bled.

No, no side effects exept for the burning feeling of the medicine when it goes in. I never had a bruise at the injection site or any easy bruising on my body.

no side effects, honestly, the injections were a breeze
be prepared to have some bruising though

Like everyone said-no side effects other than bruising and maybe a little tenderness if you go for the same spot each shot. It's amazing what you can get used to, after a while it really is a breeze.
