skinny jeans that are too long.......
would you just cut them?
I plan on only using them with boots and they cost me $13..so hemming them uh, really rather not

Yes - in that case I would just cut them!
As long as you are sure you will always wear them with boots

I did that with my new pair
it was alittle uncomfortable
but it worked
I am going to get them shorten- I am going to be daring and try them with flats

I tried and yes uncomfortable for me too, also cause Im thick calved as it is and with boots, no go

ha deb i justr bougt a pair at f21! for 12.50@ in black and a pair for 19.50 in denim!
i went to the dry cleaners immediately for a hem- hem cost $22 for 2 which is steep but still not bad
but cut them if the bottoms wont be seen! i only got mine hemmed b.c i like to wear them to work with flats
