If you're talking about her wrap dresses, I find they they run very small. I am usually a 4/6, but had to get an 8 in a wrap dress.
eta: my boobs are usually the problem and the reason why I have to go up a size.

if it's a XS-S-M-L choice, true to size
if it's 0 - 12, go one size up. i normally wear a 0 but got a 2 in a dress, and an XS in the other

I hate to confuse you - but I usually wear a 2 or 4 - and in DVF 2 fits me perfectly.
