I'd talk to your Dr.; I found this online:
Tuberculosis testing should be avoided during pregnancy if possible. Although there have been some studies done on the safety of the Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) tuberculosis skin test, there is no sufficient evidence that TB testing during pregnancy is safe. However, since tuberculosis can be passed from the mother to the baby through the amniotic fluid during pregnancy, there is great risk for the baby to contract TB should the mother contract the disease.
If you are in need of TB testing, whether due to employment or other situation, discuss it with your Obstetrician/Gynecologist. You should also educate yourself about tuberculosis and tuberculosis testing. It is also helpful to learn how the PPD tuberculosis skin
