You may want to post this on the pregnancy board. Do you know exactly when you ovulated? If you're off even by a few days, that could affect whether or not you'll see a heartbeat. It's definitely possible to see the heartbeat at 6w3d, but sometimes a heartbeat may not be detected until a little later.
