he doesnt want to do any of that if we have to do that then the marriage is over in his eyes..., i cant really blame him b/c his parents relationship is not great!!!!! so that is all that he knows but i am ssooo not used to that

He needs to realize that sometimes a third person mediating the situation can help bring light to the situation that neither side is seeing.

Unfortunately, sometimes it is necessary to have a neutral third party as a mediator to aid in the communication. If he is unwilling to do this to help save your marriage, you need to do what is right for you and your children.
