You can use a Benedryl Topical Creams/Spray! You can also take Benedryl pills! I only know this because I broke out in itchy hives all over when I was in my 1st trimester. I called my OB and they told me to either get to my primary care or ER immediately! While there I was told that I could use wither of the above!
