6 1/2 weeks and bleeding question...
So i woke up this morning (after seeing and hearing the heartbeat on Tuesday...3 days ago) covered in red blood! I have been spotting on and off for about two weeks but it seemed to stop. I was SO scared. We called the dr and the nurse told me to come right in. They did a sonogram and said that everything looked fine. The baby grew since Tues and the heartbeat was 115 (I think). It is pretty much just down to spotting now but still red. So scary!! The dr said that when he looked at my sonogram he could see either blood or where the blood was coming from (I can't remember what he said). Does this sound like a subchorionic hemorrhage? It is just driving me nuts!

I had a subchorionic hemorrhage but never had red blood. Usually only spotting of brown blood.
However, every person is differnt. It could be a subchorionic hemorrhage or maybe you just irritated your cervix (sex, etc...) and that casued the bleeding. It very well could be a one time issue

I had heavy red bleeding at 7 weeks and spotting for 2 weeks afterward. I am now almost 11 weeks with twins and so far so good. Every situation is different. I posted on here freaking out as well. But I can tell you that not all cases of bleeding mean bad. My doc did not seem concerned with the blood at all. I am wishing all the best to you.
