sounds more like a workout pant - you can find some at Target also

Well it looks probably like that but not the legging material.. KWIM?? its like shiney in the workout and thick

No not really.. just a regular legging tight with flair bottom.. not wide from the knee down.. more like a boot flair at very bottom (but not a big bell either) They make them in babies sizes.. I just saw them in target! I am going crazy!!
