does it have to be in the bedroom? remotes in my house move themselves into other rooms somehow and hide on dining room tables.

I took the sheets off the bed this morning, and threw them in a pile on the floor. The remote was wrapped up in THOSE sheets!
It almost got another bath. (Its been through the washer 2x already.  )
