I was just thinking...
I would LOVE to, one day, open up a "pregnancy center". I know it would take an ENORMOUS amout of capital that I'll probably NEVER have, but I think it would be such a great idea.
There'd be nutritionists on staff, mommy-to-be yoga/exercise classes, nurses on phone standby 24/7, group/support meetings with other Mom/Dad-to-bes, massage therapists specializing in pregnancy massages, doulas, midwives, lamaze, child care courses, etc., all in one place! Somewhere for Moms to go to get some "me time".
What do you think?

I think it's a fabulous idea. If I had the need (and someday I hope I do) it's something that I am sure I would use.
There seem to be lots of small business loans available these days, especially to women. You should not dismiss this as just a dream- it would be a lot of work but I can't see why it would not be feasible.

I mean, YES, its a short-term service (only 8 months or so!), but hopefully, if its GOOD, word-of-mouth would keep things going.
and it'd have to be in a somewhat wealthy area, i think...more disposable income....HMMMMMM.....
