Sharp, extremely brief pains...
I feel like this might be round ligament pains-- since it generally occurs after I stand up or whatever. But, after having looked it up-- it's not necessarily on one side or the other-- or, it doesn't feel like it.
But sometimes, even when I am just lying there-- I feel these pains. Like in bed last night.
Also, sometimes they are clustered-- where I get like two or three jabs, then it stops.
I am sure there is nothing to really worry about it, but I can't help to be concerned.
They do not feel like cramps in any way. They could be gas pains too. I actually sometimes before I was prego, would get a similar pain like after I would get up from the toilet (I know TMI).

Sounds like gas pains......I got them once so bad I was up all night crying....I called my midwife and she said it was unfortunately normal.....

Where are the pains? If you have pain in the lower abdomen or groin, it's probably RLP. If it's higher up, it might be gas pain. I've had horrible gas pain at times, which are worse than any cramping. Feel better.

it's lower-- all below the belly button.
I think it's a combo of both as well-- I just wanted to make sure it was nothing serious... I knew it wasn't, but thought I would come on here and check anyway.
