Its random (so they say)
it can be from $15 to $1000
Mine was an e-mail although I think they used to be in the regular mail....
They give you a GC number and pin number and you have to shop to find out what its worth (or at least pretend to shop  )

I don't have a cc - maybe that is it. BOO, and I totally have a gc to saks so it would have been perfect timing!
