I'm 5'6" and find the opposite. The regulars (I thought 5'6" was avg) are too short, and the longs too long.
I'm 5'6 too and I am buying ankle length Gap and they are STILL long on me. Maybe my legs are just stubs

I'm 5'9' and I have problems finding pants also. NY & Co long pants are dragging on the floor with 3 inch heels on. I find Express long length are always the perfect length on me. But they never make all of the styles in long length.
