Had my 1 hour today...
I was afraid of how I would feel since I already know I'm insulin resistant--but I drank the stuff and I didn't feel any differently...
Hoping that's a good sign!

I think it's a good sign. I had to do the 3 hour and felt totally fine and I passed.
