What "title" does the bad guy that works for Logan have? Why is he ALWAYS involved in everything?

DH and I are completely addicted to 24. Both night's episodes were definitely edge of the seat shows! This will be the best season ever!
DH and I have this habit of pausing and "getting it" about 15 minutes after stuff happens!  Thank g-d for DVR!

Dh and I kept flipping that no one was cathing on to Jack's "Flank 2 Position"...I was liking the hobbit too much until he asked to see the transcripts...I knew he would discover the "Flank 2"...because he talked about those memory seminars with Clhoe, and I figured he probably remembered every code phrase that exsisted. DH kept saying...you go Sam Wise Gamgey"

ok, I have issues about last night...
WHY did they constantly show long haired booger boy sweating and breathing heavy. Way too much of him even after he wasnt about to have his head blown off. And WHY did Jack and Derek have a moment when Jack new about the guy with the key card? He could have saved a moment or 2 and been closer to him. Jack needs to keep his focus!

jack has always had emotion... you need to keep in mind, everybody that jack has cared about has died (exception of kim who is with Chase (which he hated at first)) ... so keeping Derek alive was almost like a breakthough.
as soon as he kept saying plank 2...i knew some how they would figure out that it was a trick and when they introuduce district guy, i knew he had to figure it out
Yes, he should of payed attention to the other guy but it happens. we still got 20 epsoides left.
btw, why is there nerve gas stored in the airport in some big, huge machine? hopefully we will learn more about that
