What sizes does H&M carry?
Do they start at 12months or do they have smaller sizes?

OMG, I LOVE LOVE LOVE their clothing!!!!
Their sizing looks a bit off to me  then again, I am a first time mom and my judgement is likely poor. at any rate, to me, they looked a bit smaller than other brands....
I went to smithaven last week and they had a few outfits that were very small... maybe newborn size? most others started somewhere at roughly 12 lbs and up.
I will mention one negative, though. most of their pants have no snaps on them  so they won't be the easiest to get on and off during a diaper change.
But I DID get some great long sleeve cotton shirts, a few 'sweatpants', a super cute winter jacket, and possibly the cutest matching striped winter hat and mittens in the universe

Perfect!! I was worried they only had toddler sizes but I am so happy they have baby clothes! It's all really really cute
