I just had a snack in the shape of a cheese sandwich. Mostly cheese though. I'm on a cheese kick these days.
Lunch most likely will be soup and another cheese sandwich!

soy cheese and hummas sandwich-- with sundried tomato and argula. With some carrot sticks and veggie booty on the side. Topped off with an apple.
I know, not for everyone-- but I am a veggie!

I brought lunch from home. I have chicken salad and cheese on a roll and then I will get a small salad to go with it.
