Today is my last day...but have a dilemma

Today is my last day Wohooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

I am so happy

However, i told my manager to sign a Transfer Eval form for me 2 weeks ago and she never did. Its simply a form that states my duties, latenesses and performance. She had 2 weeks to do this and I have asked her 3 times and she has been beating around the bush about it.

Now tomorrow I told her i would come in for an orientation that I really dont need to be here for , for our new incoming students. and I am not asking to get paid for it. My last official day on my docs records is today.

Should I come in tomorrow? Even though she literally just screwed me without explanation. I needed this form for when I come back just in case I wanted to transfer to another department as I have been here for 4 yrs and I feel like she doesnt care if I want to grow within the organization or not. I have never had a problem with previously getting the sheet signed by my previous manager before. Atleast she could have given me an explanation as to why she didnt want to sign the sheet after i reminded her by email twice and I asked her verbally twice. Its just so rude and so childish of her to do this.

First- Congrats on it being your last day!! Second- I would ask your manager if the report is signed since your last day is TODAY and you need it. If she says no, then I would ask her why it isn't completed. Is there a problem...etc. Third- If tomorrow's orientation does not have any benefit for you- now or in your future, plus you aren't getting paid- I would not attend. Esp. not for free!!! If it would benefit you to go then I would go. Good luck!!
