Furniture question
We are planning on moving when the baby is about 2-3 months. Therefore, we don't want to get furniture until we move. The baby will be in our room in the bassinet. What about the babies clothes though? Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can buy to put the clothes in. We don't have closet space, because thats where my husband and my clothes are, and there is not any room left. Thanks!

Re: Furniture question
what about buying those plastic "drawers" from target? or plastic bins , maybe you can put them under your bed.or you can go to ikea and get a really cheap dresser and use that for DC's clothes

I was thinking about the plastic drawers from target...and I know this is silly...but I dont want the babies clothes to smell like plastic...crazy I know!
Good idea about Ikea!

Re: Furniture question
DH & I are also moving when the baby is only a few months old. I plan to buy a cheap dresser from Ikea to use until we move.

Re: Furniture question
frankly, if you're moving in 2-3 mo, I bet at least a foot or so of hanging space in your closet is filled with off season or special occassion clothes. just pack them early, since they'll have to be packed eventually
however, what you REALLY need is drawer space. I'd do the same with your drawer space. find some stuff you won't use too much in that 2-3 month period, and pack it up early and use it for baby clothes and linens.......
