Hair Question
Going to get my hair highlighted/lowlighted 2morrow- since I can't dye it I want them to try to get it as close as possible to my natural color so I won't have to do this again while preggo. If I the idiot who did my hair last time didn't make it so light I'd be able to suffer through the roots but it just looks horrible and I need this done.
My ? is can I get a glaze put on afterwards or is that a no no??

Re: Hair Question
In both pregnancy books I have, it says dying your hair is fine as long as you arent breathing in straight fumes the whole time you are there.
I got my hair highlighted at 12 weeks and will do so again soon.

So I can get it dyed back to my natural color or does it have to be highlights? I was under the assumption that it had to be highlights beacuse they're on the foil and don't touch the scalp. And have you heard anything about a glaze? That touches the scalp so I'm unsure.

Re: Hair Question
i have gotten my hair dyed twice this pregnancy, both times a single process. i think a glaze would be comparable to that, so IMO it is fine - but i did ask my doctor beforehand, you may want to do the same for your own peace of mind
mine rolled her eyes at me and laughed when i asked so i definitely felt better!

So your doc said yes to dying it? Wow- I mighth go by your doc right now- it would def be easier to just dye it back and be done with it! My doc sid highlights only- would I be a horrible mommy if I just went with your doc and dyed it
